Our Emergency call-out & repair service is there to try and get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Truth be told, we don't often get called out in the middle of the night on a domestic electric emergency. It's far more of a common occurrence for our emergency plumbing services to get that desperate call. If a customer needs our help though, its the Sandman that's sent packing for the night. After all, that's what we're here for and our customers come first.

There are a lot of different reasons why you may need some emergency assistance. The big daddy of these is not having any power at all. This can occur for a whole variety of different reasons, but whatever those reasons are, it's just plain disruptive.

Outside lighting is often one of the usual suspects which we touch on briefly on the lighting page. If those external fittings aren't rated for outside use or have been installed incorrectly, they can be a real nuisance.

Modern consumer units have a protection device called an RCD. It's a fantastic safety feature but it is sensitive and rightly so. A fault somewhere in the property can cause the RCD to trip and take out the power in an instant. If it won't reset because of a fault somewhere and you don't know where to find it, it may be time to call in the cavalry.
